For the first year we had the opportunity to visit the world-famous Cannes Film Festival, as well as the ongoing market, or Marché du Film. The charm of Cannes impressed us, and besides the first responses to the emerging children’s fairy tale „About Lil´Woody“, we gained new working contacts abroad.

This year we were able to attend the EFM in person at the Berlinale 2024. The aim of these events is not only to expand our knowledge of various aspects related to film, be it incentives in other countries, but also possible collaborations with other co-production partners. In 2023 we had the opportunity to work for the Academy of Sciences. We directed the creation of videos not only for the Academy Awards, but also for the Lumina quaeruntur. We are glad that the video clip I am doing well. More than 300 music videos were submitted to the Prague Music Video Awards, 30 videos were included in the competition and 10 of them were selected for screening. Not only was the clip I am selected among the screened music videos, but it also won the Best Czech Music Video

In February we visited the EFM (European Film Market) and the Berlinale Co-Production Market. The discussions were primarily on the topic of filming abroad. Not only European filmmakers were present during the seminars, but also filmmakers from Japan or Latin America.

In November 2022, we took part in AFM, the American Film Market, in Los Angeles! We truly appreciate this experience and trust that there will be more like it to move us forward on our professional journey.

In October 2022 we took part in the San Diego festival, where our film The circus must go on! won in the “foreign script” category. We are hard at work on this project and gradually continuing to implement it.
